Our Production
Workflow
Every order at our facility passes through a structured, end-to-end production process across our specialized divisions.
Design & Sampling
Our design process begins with our in-house design team developing new styles in line with the latest international trend forecasting.
Patterns are created using our CAD pattern making system for precision and consistency.
Pre-production samples are developed on our dedicated sampling division and submitted to the buyers for approval before bulk production commences.
Fabric & Accessories Sourcing
All fabrics spanning woven and knitted, cotton, rayon blends, poly chiffon, georgette, crepes, and more are sourced from trusted suppliers and stored in our organised in-house fabric store.
Trim and accessories are managed through our dedicated trim and accessories store, ensuring no production delays due to material shortage.
Cutting
Fabric spreading and cutting is performed in our dedicated cutting division using 4 fabric cutting machines, operated by skilled cutters who ensure accurate cut panels with minimal wastage.
Every cut bundle is tagged and tracked from this point through to final packaging.
Stitching
Our stitching floor is equipped with 300 single needle machines, 20 overlock, attaching machines, button hole machines, fusing machines, 2 heavy duty machines, and 4 suction irons—supported by electric trimming machines powered by generator floor managers.
Every style is time-method engineered to maximise efficiency while maintaining quality standards.
Embroidery & Embellishment
Our dedicated embroidery unit houses computerised multi-head embroidery machines capable of producing consistent, high-quality embroidered motifs across large production runs.
Hand embroidery, beadwork, sequins, kantha work, and adda work are executed by our artisan teams for intricate, luxury handcrafted detailing.
Thread Cutting & Finishing
Following stitching and embellishment, all garments pass through our thread-cutting and finishing division where loose threads are trimmed, seams are inspected, and every finishing detail is completed to specification.
This step ensures every garment presented for inspection meets our quality standards.
Checking & Spotting
Our dedicated checking and spotting division inspects every garment against buyer specification for stitch quality, measurement accuracy, print and embroidery standards, and overall finish.
Any identified defects are addressed before the garment proceeds to pressing.
Stain spotting and removal is conducted in this division using appropriate spotting agents.
Press & Packing
Garments are pressed to a high standard using 12 steam irons and 2 flat folding machines, then packed according to buyer specifications whether individually polybagged, hanger packed, or bulk carton packed.
Our packing team ensures all labelling, tagging, and export packaging requirements are met precisely.
Needle Detector & Dispatch
Every garment passes through our needle detector machine before final dispatch as the final quality check. The machine detects even the smallest metallic fragments to ensure it is free from hidden products.
This is a standard requirement for export to most international markets and reflects our commitment to complete product safety.
Cleared garments are moved to our dispatch area and prepared for export shipment with full documentation.
